This is our only 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit; that's a full bath upstairs and downstairs. Common areas and the patio are downstairs, while the private bedrooms are upstairs. The townhouse floorplan makes it easy to keep guests on the ground floor. Each unit has an in-unit washer and dryer; a private laundromat on the property is also available! Rent includes water/sewer (capped at $300/quarter), internet, and cable. Our experienced maintenance team, led by Ron, is responsive to requests – he will tend to it within a day! They take care of snow removal, as well as other needs on the grounds.
